With over two decades of experience at the intersection of business strategy and technology, Nick Vat is a visionary leader focused on redefining how organisations manage their most critical assets: agreements.


Since co-founding Audet Magna in 2018, he has led the company to become a global specialist in digital transformation, particularly in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal technology.


Nick’s career is rooted in a people-first philosophy and deep expertise in IT consulting. Prior to Audet Magna, he spent nearly 18 years as an entrepreneur and strategy consultant, delivering high-impact projects across IT, management consulting, and healthcare. This diverse experience underpins his ability to bridge technical innovation with commercial outcomes.


Under his leadership, Audet Magna achieved Docusign Platinum Partner status, supporting organisations in transitioning to automated, cloud-based legal environments.


His proficiency includes:


  • Deep experience with SpringCM (now Docusign CLM) and the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform
  • Leading end-to-end digital and business transformation initiatives
  • Developing innovative solutions such as FlowSymmetry® to accelerate time-to-value

Tielman Botha is the technical visionary and architectural force behind Audet Magna. Widely regarded as a leading expert in the global Docusign ecosystem, he combines deep systems engineering with creative problem-solving to advance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal technology.


As the leader of Audet Magna’s innovation labs, Tielman drives the company’s most advanced technical achievements. Known for solving highly complex challenges, he designs high-value solutions that push the boundaries of platforms like Docusign.


His contributions to the industry include:


  • Designing scalable architectures that integrate with ERP and CRM ecosystems
  • Advanced expertise across the Docusign Agreement Cloud, including workflow automation, document generation, and API integrations
  • Leading the development of FlowSymmetry®, Audet Magna’s proprietary framework for faster, more reliable implementations


Under his leadership, Audet Magna has expanded into AI-driven legal technology with the launch of FlowAI. As lead architect, Tielman has integrated machine learning into contract analysis, data extraction, and predictive workflows positioning the company at the forefront of intelligent agreement management.
